Applications are reviewed individually by team communications as each game approaches. You will receive an email regarding your request status—whether approved with arrival details, waitlisted, or unable to be accommodated for that specific game.

Select 'Express interest in a future game' on the game selector and add a note. We'll review your application and keep your profile on file as schedule details are finalized.

Editorial Credentials are for journalists and news outlets covering the game for their publication; no mandatory content delivery to the team is required. Content Creator Credentials are for photographers or videographers receiving media access with an agreement to share a curated selection of edited imagery or video clips for team promotional use.

Each working media member attending must apply individually and be approved. Credentials cannot be shared or transferred, and assistants cannot enter media-restricted zones without their own issued badge.

Credential holders must remain in designated arena media positions and follow all instructions from Kingfish staff and arena security. Restricted areas—including the team benches, locker rooms, penalty box, and player tunnels—require separate authorization arranged in advance.

Player and coach interviews are not included with standard game credentials. Specific interview requests must be submitted in advance to Kingfish communications for coordination with hockey operations.

No. Commercial use, merchandise use, resale, or licensing of Kingfish imagery or player likenesses requires separate written commercial approval. Editorial use in recognized publications is permitted under standard credential terms.

No. We consider creators of all sizes, with an emphasis on engaging storytelling, high content quality, and a strong Baton Rouge or Louisiana audience. Follower count is merely one consideration among many.

Approved creators agree to share authentic game-day coverage (stories, Reels, TikToks, or recaps) and tag @BatonRougeKingfish. Any specific deliverable expectations will be clearly communicated before you accept an invitation.

Ticket allocation is confirmed based on availability when an invitation is extended. The number of tickets is not guaranteed and is communicated before you accept.

Approved applicants receive arrival and check-in instructions by email, including the designated check-in window, the Raising Cane's River Center entrance, photo ID requirements, and badge or pass pick-up details. Specifics are confirmed with approval.
